1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Sutton on 25 September 2023 made the following Order The Sutton (Parking, Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No. 4 ) Order 2023 under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 19841, as amended –

2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions operating ‘at any time’ (double yellow lines) in:-

o Ferndale Crescent at its junction with Sweet Briar Avenue, outside and opposite Nos. 95 to 101 and between Nos. 71 and 73

o Holly Tree Crescent at both junctions with Otter Drive and outside No. 54

o Otter Drive at its junctions with Ferndale Crescent, Holly Tree Crescent and Sweet Briar Avenue

o Sweet Briar Avenue at its junction with the rear access road to Nos. 1 to 91.

3. A copy of the Order which will come into force on 2 October 2023, of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for making the Order and a plan showing the location and the effect of the Order may be inspected at the Council’s Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1EA. Copies can also be obtained by calling 020 8770 5000.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of this Order or of any of their provisions on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of the said Act of 1984 or of any instrument made under the said Act of 1984 has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
