NOTICE IS HEREBY given that an application for the appointment of a Liquidator to MOZANO LIMITED (the "Company"), whose registered office is c/o CCS Trustees Limited, Mandar House, 3rd Floor, PO Box 2196, Johnson's Ghut, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, was presented to the High Court of the British Virgin Islands on 31 August 2023 by SINOWEST CONSTRUCTION GROUP LIMITED c/o Withers BVI, Little Denmark, PO Box 145, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands. The application will be heard on Monday, 9 October 2023 at a time to be specified in the final Commercial Court list of the Commercial Court, High Court of Justice, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands.

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the application, whether to support or oppose the application shall give notice of his or her intention in the manner stated below pursuant to Rule 162 of the Insolvency Rules 2005. A copy of the application will be furnished on request to any director, member or creditor of the Company by the undersigned on payment of the appropriate charge for the same.

The notice must be sent so as to reach the above-named legal practitioners by no later than 16:00 hours on Friday 6 October 2023 or on the business day before the hearing in the event that it is adjourned. That notice of intention to appear shall specify: (i) the name and address of the person giving notice, and his/her contact details; (ii) whether it is his/her intention to support or oppose the Application; (iii) if he/she is a creditor, the amount of his/her debt or, if he/she is not a creditor, the grounds upon which he/she supports or opposes the Application
