Notice is hereby given that Annabel Gray (IP No. 12330) and Andrew Nalliah (IP No. 21790) both of RSM UK Creditor Solutions LLP, Two Humber Quays, Wellington Street West, Hull, HU1 2BN were appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named company on 18 September 2023.

The Joint Liquidators are not proposing to establish a liquidation committee under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Joint Liquidators must summon a virtual meeting of the company’s creditors and contributories for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee if such a meeting is requested by one-tenth in value of the company's creditors.
