Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 7.57 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that Annabel J Gray (IP No. 12330) and Andrew James Nalliah (IP No. 21790) both of RSM UK Creditor Solutions LLP, Two Humber Quays, Wellington Street West, Hull, HU1 2BN have been appointed Joint Liquidators of the above named company on 14 September 2023.

The Joint Liquidators are not proposing to establish a liquidation committee under section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
