Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 8 September 2023, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Simon Gwinnutt and Sajid Sattar both of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH be appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the Company and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on the same day the appointment of Simon Gwinnutt and Sajid Sattar was not confirmed, and Stephen Lancaster of Lucas Ross Limited (IP No. 13910) Stanmore House, 64-68 Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2JS was appointed as Liquidator.
