"Top Out Brewery LLP cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly it be wound up and that Shona Campbell, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4QB, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up".
