Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 11 September 2023, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily and that Clive Morris of Marshall Peters Ltd, Heskin Hall Farm, Wood Lane, Heskin, Preston, PR7 5PA be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”

At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 11 September 2023 the appointment of Clive Morris was not confirmed, and Stephen Lancaster (IP No. 13910) of Lucas Ross Limited, Stanmore House, 64-68 Blackburn Street, Radcliffe, Manchester, M26 2JS was appointed as Liquidator.
