Notice is hereby given that Russell Payne and Ben Woodthorpe (IP Nos. 11530 and 18370) both of ReSolve Advisory Limited, 22 York Buildings, London, WC2N 6JU were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company on 4 September 2023 by its members.

Notice is also hereby given that the creditors of the Company are required, on or before 4 March 2024, to send their names and addresses with particulars of their debts or claims, to the Joint Liquidator and, if so required by notice in writing from the Joint Liquidator, are personally, or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Note: This is a solvent Liquidation, and it is anticipated that all creditors will be paid in full.
