Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22 September 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 1 August 2023 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Tristan Edward Marinus Emery-Yealland who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Tristan Edward Marinus Yealland and assumed the name of Tristan Edward Marinus Emery-Yealland.
