Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22 February 2023 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 10 August 2023, I, Sian Ashleigh Hawkins, 43 Ufton Lane, Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 1JB Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Sian Ashleigh Meyer and assumed the name of Sian Ashleigh Hawkins.
