D. The London Borough of Hounslow (Loading Places) (Amendment No.**) Order 20**

1. The London Borough of Hounslow proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Order would be to:

a) Introduce lengths of “No waiting at any time” restrictions in: Bedfont Green Close, Feltham; Burlington Lane, Chiswick; Chiswick Road, Chiswick; Crosby Close, Feltham; Felthambrook Way, Feltham; Firs Drive, Hounslow; Greenlawn Lane, Brentford; High Street, Feltham; Ivy Lane, Hounslow; Lion Wharf Road, Brentford; Main Street, Feltham; Oliver Close, Chiswick; St Mary’s Drive, Feltham; Sparrow Farm Drive, Feltham; Spinney Drive, Feltham; Staveley Road, Chiswick; Stone Crescent, Feltham; Sunbury Road, Feltham; Sunrise Close, Feltham; The Woodlands, Isleworth.

b) Amend the “No waiting at any time” restrictions in Ealing Road, Brentford to accommodate an increased length of parking bay adjacent to No.109 Ealing Road;

c) Amend a length of “No waiting” restriction in Lion Wharf Road, Isleworth, to the revised hours or 7am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday;

d) Introduce time-limited parking bays on High Street, Feltham, in the vicinity of Rochester Parade, and Nos.101 to 107 High Street, Feltham. The parking bays would operate between the hours of 8am to 6.30pm, Monday to Saturday. There would be no charge for the use of these parking bays; and

e) update waiting and loading descriptions for Acton Lane, Chiswick, and Dudley Road, Feltham, to match the restrictions that are currently on street.

3. The general effect of the Brook Road South & Brentford Stadium Event Day Parking Places Order would be to increase the length of the parking bay adjacent to No.109 Ealing Road, Brentford.

4. The general effect of the Disabled Parking Bays Order is to increase the length of the disabled persons parking place adjacent to Nos.16/18 Cross Lances Road, Hounslow.

5. The general effect of the Loading Bay Order is to introduce a goods vehicle only loading bay in Lion Wharf Road, maximum stay 40 minutes, no return for 1 hour as signed on street.

6. Documents giving further information of the proposed Orders can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar.

7. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing, stating the grounds of the objection, to the Assistant Director of Traffic, Transport & Parking, Hounslow Council, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 3EB or by email to trafficorders@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P040/23, to be received by no later than Friday, 29 September 2023.
