Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the Howden Group Pension Plan (the “Trustee”) has commenced the process of winding up the Howden Section (“the Howden Section”) of the Howden Group Pension Plan (the “Plan”).

The Trustee has written to all members and beneficiaries currently receiving benefits or with a known entitlement to future benefits under the Howden Section.

If you have not recently been contacted by the Trustee but believe you have an entitlement to any benefit from, or interest in, the Howden Section of the Plan by reason of your own or a relative's or any other person's full or part-time employment with any of the following employers, or any other employer that you know to have a connection to those listed below:

• Howden UK Limited

• James Howden & Co Limited

• Howden Compressors Limited

you are required to send particulars in writing of your entitlement or interest (together with your full name, any former names by which you may have been known, present address, date of birth and copies of all documents which support your claim) within two months of the date of publication of this notice to:

After the expiry of this period, the Trustee will finalise the winding up of the Howden Section of the Plan.

Benefits will be provided only to those persons whose valid claims and entitlements the Trustee has received prior written notice of and they will not be liable to or in respect of any other person.

Any individuals who have already been contacted by the Trustee about this matter should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
