WAITING RESTRICTIONS IN BELVUE ROAD

THE EALING (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (SPECIAL PARKING AREA) (AMENDMENT NO. 885) ORDER 2023

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing (“the Council”) on the 5th September 2023 made the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to introduce waiting restrictions which apply at any time in the lengths of Belvue Road specified in the Schedule to this Notice. Existing day time waiting restrictions on the south-west side of Belvue Road which lie between a point 12.50 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Rowdell Road and a point 72.00 metres south-east of that kerb-line would be removed and 2 wheels on the footway parking introduced in its place.

3. The Order, which will come into operation on the 7th September 2023, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including plans, are available by e-mail from trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk or by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until the 17th October 2023

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by the 17th October 2023.

SCHEDULE

(Waiting restrictions to apply at any time)

Belvue Road, Northolt

(a) the north-east side

(i) between a point 7.5 metres north-west of the south-eastern extremity of Belvue Road and a point 17.5 metres north-west of that extremity;

(ii) between a point opposite the south-eastern boundary of Belvue Business Centre and a point 10 metres north-west of that point;

(b) the south-eastern most side, between a point 5 metres south-west of the southern side of the entrance to Northolt Trading estate and the south-western kerb-line of Belvue Road;

(c) the south-west side

(i) between the south-eastern extremity of Belvue Road and a point 10.0 metres north-west of that extremity;

(ii) between a point 72.00 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Rowdell Road and a point 91.00 metres south-east of that kerb-line.
