Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., acting solely in its capacity as custodian on behalf of Profuturo AFP-PRFONDO-2 and not personally has transferred its entire interest in ASF VII L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL019439 (the “Partnership”) to PR-FONDO-2 represented by Profuturo AFP S.A.. Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., acting solely in its capacity as custodian on behalf of Profuturo AFP-PRFONDO-2 and not personally has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. PR-FONDO-2 represented by Profuturo AFP S.A. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
