THE WALT DISNEY RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

The Trustees of The Walt Disney Retirement Savings Plan (the "Trustees" and "Plan" respectively), hereby give notice pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Plan is in the process of being wound up and that its assets will be distributed.

The Trustees believe they have the names and contact details of everyone who had a right to a benefit under the Plan and that those rights have all been settled. However, the Trustees request that:

(a) any former employee of The Walt Disney Company Limited, who believes that they may be entitled to benefits under the Plan; or

(b) if that person is deceased, the spouse or dependant of that person, who in either case is (or thinks that they might be) entitled to benefits under the Plan; or

(c) any other person who believes that they may have a claim against the Plan.

Please write to:

Ms Emma Colombini, WTW, Watson House, London Road, Reigate, Surrey RH2 9PQ;

Email: emma.colombini@wtwco.com.

If you already receive a pension arising from membership of the Plan, or if you received a communication in December 2022 about the transfer of your benefits from the Plan to LifeSight, you do not need to write to the Trustees as they already have full details about your entitlements and they have been settled.

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of the dates that they were a member of the Plan or details of the basis of their claim along with any other relevant information.

Your claim must arrive on or before 2 months from the date of this notice, at which time this notice shall expire. The Trustees shall have regard to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice. The Plan will then be wound up and its assets distributed. Claims arriving more than 2 months after the date of this notice will not be accepted and the Trustees shall not be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them by the expiry date of this notice.
