RANNOCH FOOD GROUP PENSION SCHEME
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Please note that this notice relates to all members and others claiming a right to benefit under Rannoch Food Group Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”).
The Trustees of the Scheme (the “Trustees”) intend to finalise the winding up of the Scheme.
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, of the intention to wind up the Scheme and wish to trace anyone who thinks they have (or might have) a claim against the Scheme or an interest or entitlement to the benefits under the Scheme.
The Trustees of the Scheme believe they have the names of everyone who had a right to benefits under the Scheme. However, if you were a former employee of Rannoch Food Group or their spouse or dependant and think that you have an entitlement in the Scheme and have not heard from the Trustees recently, please write to Rannoch Food Group Pension Scheme, Claire Petzer, Cartwright Benefit Consultants Limited, Marlborough House, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1LN.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and either details of when they were members of the Scheme or details of the basis of their claim.
Your claim must arrive on or before 1 November 2023. Late claims may not be accepted.
As soon as possible after the expiry of this notice on 1 November 2023, it is the intention of the Trustees to complete the winding up of the Scheme, having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have prior notice. After that time, the Trustees shall not be liable to any other person.
If the Trustees, Cartwright Benefit Consultants, or Legal & General, are already in contact with you ( for example if you have received correspondence from them in the last year or are receiving a pension) please do not reply to the notice as your interest has already been noted.
