"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Bailey (IP No. 9428) and Matthew Reeds (IP No. 28040) both of Bailey Ahmad Business Recovery, Sussex Innovation, One Croydon, 12-16 Addiscombe Road, Croydon, CR0 0XT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."

At the subsequent Meeting of Creditors held on 15 August 2023 the appointment of Paul Bailey and Matthew Reeds as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
