Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented on 1 August 2023 by the Petitioner, for an order in terms of Section 1096 of the Companies Act 2006 for rectification of the register, the Court by interlocutor dated 2 August 2023 ordained all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto by email to edinburghcommercial@scotcourts.gov.uk within eight days after such intimation, service or Advertisement of all of which notice is hereby given.
