MULTIVAC U.K. LIMITED RETIREMENT BENEFITS PLAN (“THE SCHEME”)

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Multivac U.K. Limited Retirement Benefits Plan is being wound up in accordance with its governing provisions.

A notice was sent in July 2023 by the Trustees to all Scheme members with known benefits in the Scheme.

If you have not received any such notice, and believe that you have any entitlement to benefits from the Scheme, please contact Rhia Chenery, Secretary to the Trustees at: Capita Pensions Solutions Ltd, Hartshead House, 2 Cutler Gate, Sheffield, S4 7TL or rhia.chenery@capita.com within two months from the date of this notice providing details of your membership, interest, claim or entitlement. Members who have already received a notice need not respond.

Following the expiry of the two month period, the Trustees will proceed to wind up the Scheme and distribute the assets among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice, and will not be liable in respect of any person whose claim has not been notified to them in writing within two months of the date of publication of this notice.

Claimants’ particulars should include their full name, any former names by which they may have been known, address, date of birth and details of their period of employment to which their claim applies.
