Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 215 of the Companies Act 1931 that a Meeting of the said Company was convened and held at Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 5EP on Monday 31 July 2023 and the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “that the Company be wound up voluntarily and placed in Members’ Voluntary Liquidation, and that Lynsey Dryhurst Smith FCA of Atla Advisory Limited, Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of voluntarily liquidation”.

Notice is hereby given, that the creditors of the above named Company which is being voluntarily wound up are required on or before Monday 28th August 2023, being the day for that purpose fixed by the undersigned Liquidator of the said Company, to send their names and particulars of their debts or claims and / or the names and addresses of their Advocates, if any, to the undersigned, Lynsey Dryhurst Smith FCA, of Atla Advisory Limited, Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 5EP Liquidator of the said Company, and if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator either personally or by their Advocates to come in and prove their said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
