“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Milan Vuceljic and Michael Solomons, both of Moorfields Advisory, 82 St John Street, London EC1M 4JN, (IP Nos. 20172 and 9043) be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the liquidator may be exercised jointly or by either of them alone.”
