Notice is hereby given that resolutions were passed by the members of the Company on 8 August 2023, placing the Company into members’ voluntary liquidation (solvent liquidation) and appointing James Fennessey & Blair Milne, of Azets, as joint liquidators.

Notice is also hereby given that the joint liquidators of the Company intend to make a final distribution to members.
