"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Steven Ross (IP No. 9503) and Allan Kelly (IP No. 9156) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent Centre, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
