Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 7 March 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19 July 2023, I, SARAH LOUISE YEOMANS, 3A, HITCHEN CLOSE, DUKINFIELD, TAMESIDE, SK16 5HL, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of SARAH LOUISE GALLAGHER and assumed the name of SARAH LOUISE YEOMANS.
