Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 December 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19 July 2023, I, KEMAL CENGIZ OKAN, 11 OAKS DRIVE, LEXDEN ROAD, COLCHESTER, ESSEX, CO3 2PR, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of KEMAL CENGIZ AHMET and assumed the name of KEMAL CENGIZ OKAN.
