“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Barriball (IP No. 11950) and Helen Whitehouse (IP No. 9680) both of Company Liquidations Limited, Saxon House, Saxon Way, Cheltenham, GL52 6QX be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the winding-up of the Company and that they may act jointly and separately in this regard."
