The King has been pleased by Royal Warrants under His Royal Sign Manual dated 14 March 2023 to appoint Edell Colette Fitzpatrick to the Office of Judge of the Upper Tribunal in accordance with the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007.
