"That Simon Renshaw and Michael Goldstein of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation".
