The Members of the above-named Company passed at a General Meeting on 24 July 2023, the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:
That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
That Michael Chamberlain and Gareth Peckett be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them.
That creditors confirm the nomination of the Liquidators appointed by the members and accordingly, Michael Chamberlain and Gareth Peckett remain as Liquidators of the Company.
