Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 35, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The general effect of the Orders would be: To make the following changes to the locations listed below:

| Ashmount Road N15 | To convert all the existing Single Yellow Lines on Ashmount Road N15 to Double Yellow Lines. |
| Asplins Road N17 | 1. To extend the existing Double Yellow Lines and shorten the adjacent Permit Holders Only parking bays on both sides of Asplins Road N17: |
| a. At its western junction with Chalgrove Road N17, west by approximately 5.8 metres. | |
| b. At its eastern junction with Chalgrove Road N17, east by approximately 5.8 metres. | |
| 2. To convert the Single Yellow Line on the south side of Asplins Road N17 adjacent to the flank wall of No.33 Chalgrove Road N17. | |
| 3. To install approximately 10.4 metres of Double Yellow Lines on the north side of Asplins Road N17 outside properties 35-39 and revoke the existing Permit Holders Only parking. | |
| Colless Road N15 | To extend the existing Double Yellow Lines on both sides of Colless Road N15 at its junction with Wakefield Road, west by approximately 4.4 metres and shorten the adjacent Resident Permit Holders Only bays. |
| Crescent Road N8 | To revoke the existing Resident Permit Holders Only parking bay outside No.2 and extend the adjacent Double Yellow Lines. |
| Dorset Road N22 | 1. To extend the existing Double Yellow Lines outside the rear of No.44 to 28 Terrick Road N22 on the southwest side of Dorset Road N22 in a southeasterly direction by 2.2 metres and shorten the existing Resident Permit Holders Only bay. |
| 2. To convert the existing Single Yellow Line to Double Yellow Lines on the northeast side of Dorset Road N22 between properties 24-34. | |
| Earlsmead Road N15 | To convert the existing Single Yellow Lines to Double Yellow Lines on both sides of Earlsmead Road N15, between No.2 and its junction with Page Green Terrace N15. |
| Foyle Road N17 | To extend the existing Double Yellow Lines and shorten the adjacent Permit Holders Only parking bays on both sides of Foyle Road N17: |
| 1. At its junction with St Paul’s Road N17, east by approximately 4.8 metres. | |
| 2. At its junction with Chalgrove Road N17, west by approximately 5.5 metres. | |
| Grand Avenue N10 | 1. To remove a section of Permit Holders Only parking outside No.46 and adjacent to the Disabled Parking bay and install 8.1 metres of Single Yellow Line operating Monday-Friday 11am-1pm. |
| 2. To revoke the bicycle hangar outside No.46. This is a paper-based amendment which will result in no physical changes on site due to a cycle hangar from a previous scheme which is no longer going ahead. | |
| Halefield Road N17 | 1. To extend the existing Double Yellow lines on the northern side of Halefield Road N17 adjacent to the flank wall of No.36 Wycombe Road in an easterly direction by 4 metres and shorten the adjacent Permit Holders Only bay. |
| 2. To convert the existing Single Yellow Lines to Double Yellow Lines on the northern side of Halefield Road N17: | |
| a. Opposite No.1. | |
| b. Opposite No.29. | |
| Page Green Terrace N15 | To convert the existing Single Yellow Lines to Double Yellow Lines on Page Green Terrace N15: |
| 1. On both sides, between its junction with Earlsmead Road N15 to a point opposite the Christ Apostolic Church. | |
| 2. On the west side, between a point opposite the junction with Pembroke Road to a point opposite the junction with Townsend Road. | |
| 3. On the southern end of the carriageway, outside the access to Stephenson House. | |
| Pembroke Road N15 | 1. To extend the existing Double Yellow Lines and shorten the adjacent Resident Permit Holders Only parking bays on both sides of Pembroke Road N15 at its junction with Page Green Terrace, east by approximately 4 metres. |
| 2. To convert the existing Single Yellow Line to Double Yellow Lines on the south side opposite No.7. | |
| Poynton Road N17 | 1. To convert the existing Single Yellow Line outside No.12/14 to a Double Yellow Line and extend it by approximately 9.1 metres in a westerly direction by shortening the Permit Holders Only parking bay. |
| 2. To revoke the Single Yellow Line outside No.6 and join the Permit Holders Only parking bays. | |
| Springfield Avenue N10 | To introduce Double Yellow Lines on both sides of Springfield Avenue N10: |
| 1. Outside No.71 (5.5 metres) and No.78 (7.4 metres). | |
| 2. Outside No.59 (9.5 metres) and No.66 (9.4 metres). | |
| 3. Outside No.45 (10.5 metres) and No.52 (12.6 metres). | |
| St Michaels Terrace N22 | To convert the entire existing Single Yellow Line on St Michaels Terrace N22 to a Double Yellow Line. |
| Wakefield Road N15 | 1. To convert the existing Single Yellow Line to Double Yellow Lines on the west side of Wakefield Road N15: |
| a. Adjacent to No.23 Wakefield Road | |
| . b. Adjacent to Page Green Common. | |
| 2. To extend the existing Double Yellow Lines on the west side of Wakefield Road N15: | |
| a. Adjacent to No.31 Pembroke Road, north by approximately 6.4 metres (Removes Resident Permit bay). | |
| b. Outside No.7, south by approximately 5 metres (Shortens Resident Permit bay). | |
| Wycombe Road N17 | 1. To remove the existing Permit Holders Only parking bays and install Double Yellow Lines on all sides of Wycombe Road N17 from a point outside No.1/2, north for its remaining length. |
| 2. To extend the existing Double Yellow Lines and shorten the Permit Holders Only parking bay: | |
| a. Outside No.36, north by approximately 5.1 metres. | |
| b. Outside No.38, south by approximately 5 metres. |
A copy of the proposed Orders, a copy of this notice, a copy of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the proposed Orders and plan(s) showing the locations and effects of the Orders can be viewed via the online consultation portal https://consultation.appyway.com/haringey. Alternatively, an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect these documents during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the documents will be available until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders.
