Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 16 March 2022 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 7 July 2023 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of FRANKIE HARRIET LYMATH who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of AMY HARRIET LYMATH and assumed the name of FRANKIE HARRIET LYMATH.
