This notice is addressed to former and current members and beneficiaries of the Scheme listed above. Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that the Kaufel (UK) Limited Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) commenced wind-up with effect on and from 18 July 2023 and the Trustees of the Scheme, intend to distribute the assets of the Scheme among all persons entitled to benefits from the Scheme as at the date it commenced wind-up. The Trustees of the Trust believe they have the names of everyone who had a right to benefits. However, if you think you have an entitlement under the Trust and have not already been contacted by the Trustees in relation to this transfer, please contact the Trustees by post c/o Link Group, 25 Goodlass Road, Liverpool, L24 9HJ or email ebs@hs-pensions.com

When contacting the Trustees, please provide full name, any former names by which you may have been known, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and name of Employer, together with details of when you were a member of the Scheme.

Details must be sent within 2 months of the date of publication of this notice. After expiry of the 2 month period the Trustee will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme and the Trustee of the Scheme shall not be liable to any person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement he or she may have in relation to the Scheme but of which the Trustee has not been notified.

If you are already receiving a pension, or have received correspondence from the Scheme in respect of the wind-up you do not need to write to the Trustee as they already have details about your entitlements.
