“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Avner Radomsky (IP No. 12290) and Simon Renshaw (IP No. 9712) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be appointed Joint Liquidators.”
