At a subsequent physical meeting of creditors held on 18 July 2023, Dane O’Hara (IP No. 28550) of Leonard Curtis, 5th Floor, Grove House, 248a Marylebone Road, London, NW1 6BB and Marco Piacquadio (IP No. 19910) of FTS Recovery Limited, Ground Floor, Baird House, Seebeck Place, Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, MK5 8FR having provided written statements that they are qualified to act as insolvency practitioners under the Insolvency Act 1986 and that they consent so to act, were appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons for the time being holding such office.
