STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAYS
SECTION 247 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
BURLINGTON CLOSE (PART), FELTHAM, TW14 8JU
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Section 247 of the above Act (as amended) to authorise the stopping up of the highway at Burlington Close (part), Feltham, TW14 8JU as described in the First Schedule and shown edged in red on Plan 48447-STN-XX-C-DR 104 Rev. P02 annexed to the Order (“the Plan”).
IF THE ORDER IS MADE, the stopping up will be authorised only in order to enable the development described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by the London Borough of Hounslow on 6th March 2020 under reference number P/2019/3977 (00174/B/P1).
COPIES OF THE DRAFT ORDER AND THE PLAN MAY BE INSPECTED between 09.00 and 17.00 hours during a period of 28 days commencing on 28/07/2023 at the London Borough of Hounslow, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB. Please contact the Council at traffic@hounslow.gov.uk or on 020 8583 3322 to arrange an appointment to view the draft Order or for a copy to be posted. The draft Order is also available on the Council’s website under traffic notices.
ANY PERSON MAY OBJECT to the making of the proposed order within the period of 28 days commencing on 28/07/2023 by writing to the Assistant Director Transport, Parking & Environmental Strategy, London Borough of Hounslow, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB, quoting reference: Burlington Close (part) Feltham TW1 8JU.
In preparing an objection, it should be borne in mind that the substance of it may be imparted to other persons who may be affected by it and that those persons may wish to communicate with the objector about it. If no objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Council may make the Order as an unopposed Order.
