1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Brent propose to make the above mentioned Orders under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by section 8 of and Part I of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985.

2. The general effect of the above Orders would be to amend the prescribed hours of school streets in Brownlow Road NW10 (zone SZ5), Goodson Road NW10 (zone SZ5) and Northcote Road NW10 (zone SZ52) from ‘between 8.15 a.m. to 9.15 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive (term time only)’ to ‘between 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive (term time only)’.

3. Copies of the proposed Orders, of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and of maps which indicate that lengths of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders at Brent Customer Services, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 0FJ.

5. Persons desiring to make representations or to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement of their representations or objections, and the grounds thereof, via email to schoolstreets@brent.gov.uk, or in writing to the Head of Healthy Streets and Parking, Regeneration and Environmental, 6th Floor West Wing, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 0FJ, quoting the reference TO/25/118/NP, to arrive no later than 21 days from the date of publication of this notice.
