NOTICE UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

SLAUGHTER AND MAY 1988 MONEY PURCHASE SCHEME

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the Slaughter and May 1988 Money Purchase Scheme (‘the Scheme’) is winding up the Scheme.

Any person who believes that they were a member of the Scheme but who has not already received or transferred their benefits from the Scheme, and who has not been contacted by the Trustee with respect to their benefits in the Scheme, is requested to contact:

Individuals who believe they have an interest in the Scheme, are asked to contact the Trustee using the contact details above, setting out the particulars of their claim in writing before the expiry of two months from the date of this Notice. Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth and details of when they worked for the Company that participated in the Scheme.

The Trustee will then consider all claims received.

After the expiry of two months from the date of this Notice, the Trustee will take steps to secure benefits for any remaining members or their beneficiaries, having regard only to the claims and interest of which they have prior notice. The Trustee will not be liable to any person for a claim for which it does not have prior notice.

Any individual who has already been contacted by the Trustee should not respond to this notice as the Trustee already has details of their claims and entitlements.
