NATS DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PENSION SCHEME WIND UP

NOTICE UNDER

SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925

Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given that the NATS Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) commenced wind-up with effect on and from 18 July 2023, following the transfer of member assets to the NATS Limited Section of the Mercer Master Trust in May 2023.

Anyone (including, but not limited to, any former employees of NATS Limited or NATS Solutions Limited) who believes they are a member or beneficiary of the Scheme but who has not been contacted about the move to the Mercer Master Trust, or anyone who believes they have any interest, claim or entitlement in the Scheme that has not been notified to the Trustees should contact and provide details of their membership, interest, claim or entitlement to the Trustees of the NATS Defined Contribution Pension Scheme, by emailing mastertrust@nats.co.uk.

Details must be sent within two months of the date of publication of this notice. After expiry of the two month period the Trustees will proceed to wind up the Scheme and the Trustees of the Scheme shall not be liable to any person in respect of any claim, interest or entitlement they may have in relation to the Scheme but of which the Trustees have not been notified.

If you have received correspondence from the Scheme you do not need to write to the Trustees in this regard.
