Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustee of the Chubb Services UK Retirement Benefits Scheme (the “Chubb Services Scheme”), intends to wind up the Chubb Services Scheme following an assignment of policies into members' own names.

Any person claiming a beneficial interest in the Chubb Services Scheme is requested to send details in writing of their claim or interest in the Chubb Services Scheme, including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and date of joining the Chubb Services Scheme (if known) to Michelle O’Donnell, Compensation & Benefits Business Partner at modonnell@chubb.com or to Jonathan Hornby, Chubb Services UK Limited (formerly ACE INA Services UK Limited), 100 Leadenhall Street, London, EC3A 3BP, UK before 5th October 2023. After this date the Trustee will proceed to wind up the Chubb Services Scheme having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they had not had notice.

Please note that if you have received correspondence this year in relation to the assignment of your membership from the Chubb Services Scheme, you do not need to take any action in respect of this notice.
