The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highway (North West) (No. 31) Order 2023" authorising the stopping up of a four areas of highway comprising parts of car park and access roads in the vicinity of Winsford Cross Shopping Centre at Winsford in the Borough of Cheshire West and Chester. This is to enable development as permitted by Cheshire West and Chester Council under reference 21/05058/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/NW/S247/4977). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Winsford Library, High Street, Winsford CW7 2AS.

Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 13 July 2023.
