At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 9 Riverside Court, Pride Park, Derby, DE24 8JN on 17 April 2023, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) and Sandra Fender (IP No. 23272) both of Sanderlings LLP, Sanderlings, Becketts Farm, Alcester Road, Birmingham, B47 6AJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

A subsequent creditors’ decision procedure was scheduled for 17 April 2023. The appointment of the Liquidators was rejected and thus, a physical meeting was convened for 27 April 2023. The physical meeting on the 27 April 2023 was adjourned to 3 May 2023. At the subsequent creditors' physical meeting held on 3 May 2023 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Andrew Fender and Sandra Fender as Joint Liquidators.
