This notice is given by the supervisor, Richard Frank Simms, office holder number 9252 of Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB who was appointed on 25 September 2017, and is to inform creditors that the supervisor intends to declare a dividend to the unsecured creditors of the above company.

Creditors who have not yet lodged their proof of debt should do so in writing to the office of the undersigned Richard Frank Simms of F A Simms & Partners Limited,Alma Park, Woodway Lane, Claybrooke Parva, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 5FB, by 30 July 2023.
