Notice is hereby given that the above-named Companies were placed into Members Voluntary Liquidation (solvent liquidation) on 28 June 2023, and Adam Stephens and Martyn Ewing of Evelyn Partners LLP, 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG were appointed Joint Liquidators.

Notice is also hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.192 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, that the creditors of the Companies must send details, in writing of their claim against the companies to Adam Stephens, the Joint Liquidator of the said Companies, at 45 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7BG or via email to Will.Ranson@evelyn.com by no later than 11 August 2023 which is the last day for proving claims.
