NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Joint Liquidators, Tauseef A Rashid and David Meany of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA, (telephone number 01159 392 454), pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 that we intend to declare a first and final dividend to the secondary preferential creditors and unsecured creditors of the Company within 2 months of the last date for proving set out below.
