1. The London Borough of Hounslow proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Order would be to:

a) Introduce “No waiting at any time” restrictions in: Hawthorn Road, Brentford; Berkeley Avenue, Chaucer Avenue and Regent Close, Cranford; Becketts Close, Florence Road, Hanworth Road and Kings Road, Feltham; Stourton Avenue, Hanworth; Clairvale Road, Heston; Barrack Road, Corporation Avenue, Martindale Road and Stratton Close, Hounslow; Harlequin Close and Leigham Drive, Isleworth; and Barnes Avenue, Court Road, Ditton Road, Kingsbridge Road and Penbury Road, Southall.

b) Introduce “No waiting” restrictions in Florence Road, Feltham.

3. The general effect of the Kings Road Parking Places Order would be to:

a) Remove a short length of parking bay to accommodate new waiting restrictions in Kings Road, Feltham.

4. Documents giving further information of the proposed Orders can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar.

5. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing, stating the grounds of the objection, to the Assistant Director of Traffic, Transport & Parking, Hounslow Council, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 3EB or by email to trafficorders@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P031/23, to be received by no later than Friday, 21 July 2023.
