RE: THE SOUTHBANK CENTRE RETIREMENT PLAN (DEFINED CONTRIBUTION SECTION)
Notice is hereby given under section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 to all beneficiaries, creditors and others having any claims against, or claiming to be beneficially interested in, the Defined Contribution Section of the Southbank Centre Retirement Plan (the “Defined Contribution Section of the Plan”) that
1. the Defined Contribution Section of the Plan has terminated and is in the process of being wound up, as the pension funds of all its known members and their beneficiaries were transferred over to the Aviva Master Trust in 2022; and
2. the Trustee of the Defined Contribution Section of the Plan will proceed to distribute the Defined Contribution Section of the Plan’s assets among the persons entitled to them, having regard only to the claims of which the Defined Contribution Section of the Plan’s Trustee has had notice of at that time; and
3. the Defined Contribution Section of Plan shall then be wound up. The Trustee shall not then be liable for the assets of the Defined Contribution Section of Plan so distributed, to any person of whose claims or demands the Trustee have not had notice.
