"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew David Haslam (IP No. 9551) and Antonya Allison (IP No. 23270) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, F17 Evolve Business Centre, Cynet Way, Houghton le Spring, Tyne & Wear, DH4 5QY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
