Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Swisslife Assurance et Patrimoine has transferred their entire interest in Fondinvest VIII, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL006038 (the “Partnership”), to Swisslife Assurance Retraite. Swisslife Assurance et Patrimoine has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Swisslife Assurance Retraite has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
