Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 4 May 2023 Laura Cook transferred the entirety of the interest held by her in the Partnership, represented by a capital contribution of €10, to MPE Coinvest Limited and that with effect from the same date Laura Cook ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
