Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 16th June 2023 it made the above Orders to:

1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.

2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 23 & 25 St David Close, Cowley

ii) Outside No. 43 Cromwell Road, Hayes

iii) Outside No. 22 Welbeck Court, Welbeck Avenue, Hayes.

iv) Opposite No. 111 Nine Elms Avenue, Cowley, partly on the footway.

3. Remove the following redundant disabled parking bays:

i) Opposite No. 4 Iffley Close, Uxbridge.

ii) Outside No. 136 Woodlands Avenue, Eastcote

. iii) Outside No. 25 Sutton Court Road, Hillingdon.

iv) Outside No. 3 Priory Way, Harmondsworth, revert to Zone H1 permit holder parking place.

4. Install an additional no stopping school keep clear marking operational ‘Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 2.30pm to 4.30pm’ in Wood End Green Road, Hayes outside the entrance to Rosedale Primary School.

5. Install limited time waiting restrictions operational ‘Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 2.30pm to 4.30pm’ on the section of Wood End Green Road, Hayes opposite Nos. 78 and 80 between the existing and new school keep clear markings.

6. Replace the Zone NWH permit holder parking place on the junction of Alandale Drive and Dale Close, Northwood Hills with ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions.

7. Install an additional Zone NWH permit holder parking place outside No. 50 Harlyn Drive, Northwood Hills.

8. Remove a section of Zone U5 parking place outside No. 8 Nursery Waye, Uxbridge and replace with 'Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm' waiting restrictions. Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 26th June 2023 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

STATION ROAD, HAYES – At the junction with Clement Gardens

CLEMENT GARDENS, HAYES

i) On the western side of the road between the junction with Station Road, southwards for a distance of 5 metres.

ii) On the eastern side of the road between the junction with Station Road to a point in line with the northern boundary of No. 1 Clement Gardens.

MILDRED AVENUE, HAYES – Extend the existing double yellow lines outside No. 25 Mildred Avenue by 8.5 metres.
